Order Fulfillment: Our physical merchandise is produced, fulfilled, and shipped on-demand through our manufacturing partner, Tapstitch.
In-Person Sales: Mobile point-of-sale app sales and in-person transactions are processed securely using Square hardware and software platforms.
3. Purpose and Use of Proceeds
New Life Lmtd. is a platform dedicated to supporting the mission of New Life Church. By purchasing our church merchandise, you acknowledge and agree that:
Mission Funding: All net proceeds from your purchase go directly toward funding global and local mission trips and church missionary projects.
Operational Costs: A portion of the proceeds is used to cover the essential operational and platform subscription costs of maintaining our hosting, fulfillment, and transaction technologies (including Squarespace, Tapstitch, and Square).
4. Data Collection, Sharing, and Privacy
Your privacy and data security are important to us. To fulfill your orders, manage shipping logistics, and maintain our church community records, you must agree to our data sharing policy. By completing a transaction on this website or via our in-person app, you explicitly agree that:
Church Access: New Life Church is granted full access to your purchasing details and information.
Collected Data: Information collected includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order history.
Vendor Sharing: Your transactional and shipping information will be securely transmitted to Squarespace (for store processing), Tapstitch (for production and shipping fulfillment), or Square (for in-person transaction clearing) solely as necessary to complete your order.
Internal Use: This information will be used by New Life Church to process orders, issue tax donation receipts if applicable, and communicate with you regarding church updates or future merchandise.
